Grand Times Hotel Laval - Centropolis, Laval

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made my stay comfortable. The staff were considerate, like when they turned on the AC before I even entered my suite. However, the dining options were lacking and could definitely be improved. I also noticed that the pool area didn't have enough towels available, which was a bit of a hassle. All in all, it was a decent stay, but there were some areas that need attention.
